The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with me even though I was just plain rude to them. In my defense I have some pretty substantial health problems that's no excuse for the way I treated them

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and our room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location was excellent (near Kaiser), staff friendly and helpfull, parking was great, close to a market and places to eat.

We did not eat there, we only had coffee, coffee was good. The room felt clean. Hallways smelled a bit iffy, probably because of pot smokers, but the hotel was clean. Restaurants are nearby and within walking distance.

The location was very good and accessible. Breakfast was just okay if not mediocre but I know this is due to covid restrictions. The quality was good though. The room is exceptional. It had all the nice little features;
